Through daily objectives, this program is designed to help individuals develop their creative acumen, receptiveness to beauty, intellectual measure, and capacity for love. Recommended as a 3, 7, or 21-day condition, simply commit yourself to a specific time period and follow the instructions for each day.
Definition of Condition
Condition in the broader sense refers to the conditions we create for our own happiness or misfortune according to how we make use or make waste of each moment, day, occassion, etc. The term can also be used to describe a concentrated push in effort and attitude to raise the quality of life (for one's own sake or for others) through a clear-set objective which includes specific terms for a set course of time. (i.e. I will undertake a 21-day "letter writing" condition where each day I will write a letter to someone I haven't talked to in years.") The most important thing to remember is that the more sacred a condition is honored, the more sacred will be your results.
